Ok, lets see here the consensus is to go with a robotic/ RCX powered Train type
theme to this event?
The table size is currently at 2'x4'.
I'll write up a deal for their board here but first I need to know who can lend
support.
For transporting of tables and such we need a vehicle. For both drop off and pick
up.
We also need people to attend the events to answer questions and watch our stuff.
I'm sure we can have Kevin's fliers at the club as well as info packs for the
club.
I need discussion V. Soon.

| (...) Perhaps it would be wiser to pick a show/venue that is at least one or two months ahead (Christmas show?) and then really do it up right? That way, everyone could make plans to be there, prepare what would be shown, etc. This current event is (...) (24 years ago, 18-Sep-00, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)
