Hi guys, I know you may be busy, but I just wanted to know if you guys had given any thought to going to Toronto for Train1 on Saturday? I've finally started to open some of my MISB's. I got a used 6693 and my second 6360 this week. Yay! Then I got 'My Own Train' on Thursday, and built it that day of course. Well all, I have to say I am very disappointed with the Lego store in St. Jacobs. They had hardly any of the service packs they had when I was there last year. Well, another successful ParLUGment meeting, albeit a small one. Jude, Jeff, and myself spent about 4 hours at Jeff's place, gawking at his piles and piles of containers of LEGO and his unbelieveable garage sale deals. Jeff has quite the submarine (...) Very Nice stuff! I like your Explorien ship, seems very simple and cool. I especially like the 'landing skids' for it, nice detail with the trans neon green plates I think. The lot that you won looks well worth it! But, what I don’t understand is why people go out and buy such new sets only to sell them within a year? (I saw that there was an R2 D2 in your lot, therefore I'm assuming that the seller only recently (...) Ya, I got outta hand on that one. I was hoping that the seller would say "No...don't ship to Canada". But he replied that it was fine. So like you said I had better enjoy the box. Whoa! That is quite the expensive purchase. I hope you get some good stuff in there. I couldn't justify it to myself, but that's just because I would be looking to spend that much on a single 4558 Metroliner train. <grin> By the way, I noticed that (...)
