You mention Bell - so that means Sympatico. Are you using their Access Manager software, or the thing built into XP (if you are using XP) for rPPPoE? There are a LOT of different missing persons databases out there, making it hard to search them all if you're a relative or one of the missing, so someone came up with the idea of consolidating the info.
