Got a reference for that?  I've wondered, but I've never seen any solid
documentation of the 1st/2nd cast vs. mixed-casting.

(each horse consists of a number of individual cast pieces which is
assembled into the entire horse)

I believe there were 7 pieces to each casting.

Calling it the "second horse" is slighting Fred.

And that's the organization's site! The media has it much less correct.

Do you expect the organization to be more truthful than the media they are
spoon-feeding?  More accurate on the stuff they want to tell, but they are still
going to hide their, umm, 'skeletons'.

Like being financed by a grocer from Michigan.
