The answers you have received from Paypal are in fact better than the ones I
have received, but are still not very informative.

Agree, they now demostrate a complete lack of competance for doing web
transactions internationaly. And they still claim they are "Now
international" on their front page. To me they ignore all the questions I
have put to them, and just answers that if I want to continue using Paypal I
have to get an US bank account. But I don't what to use Paypal anymore, I
just want to get the money they owe me. And that seems to become difficult...

They took the money out of my PayPal account that I was going to send to a seller. And I sent several emails that went for days (...)
