I have never used Billpoint. I would be interested in experences/anecdotes
anyone has to offer with their service. I do like the accumulation feature
at Paypal, since I often buy after I recieve a few payments.

I have had similar messages from overseas customers... Others are now
frustrated or scared to use Paypal making the buying/bidding process less
palatable for them. Initially was very happy when Paypal went
international. Now, I am not so thrilled.

I have been getting more Bidpay payments in the past couple months than ever
before (even though their rates to buyers seem high) I have been very
satisfied with Bidpay, but the cost is at least $5 to the buyer (on top of
shipping and the winning bid)
