If you ordered sale items from KBKids, and later had the items cancelled, You
may still be able to get them. I had an Amazon Ancient Ruins and a Countdown
Corner backordered and then cancelled last month, and I just received shipping
confirmation for them.
I noticed the items were back in stock about a week and a half ago. I
originally sent them e-mail, mentioning that the cancelled items from my order
are now back in stock, and asked if I could still get my order filled at the
previous sale price. No response.
After almost a week, I called and asked the same thing. The first two people
that I spoke to said that it was KB's policy to price match for backordered
items that were later cancelled. Unfortunately, their computer was down at the
time, and they could not take my order. The third person I spoke to was not
familiar with this policy, but was willing to sell me the cancelled items at
the sale price anyway.
They will need the order number for the order with the cancelled items, so be
sure you have it before calling.
Also, they have the right to limit quantities, as stated on their website, so
they might not let you order a dozen of the same item, but they seemed okay
with 1 or 2 items.
