I think the original description was perfectly clear to anyone with a good understanding of English. The descriptor is : "6 Lego Soccer Starter Set Boxes". The query arose once the price had risen. A prospective buyer thought, as the price was so high, there must be somthing in them. In any event, buyers are able to retract bids before an auction ends. When you read "6 Lego Soccer Starter Set Boxes", what do you think you'll get? I'll concede that it is misleading if a Lego auction can be found which is described in the same way.... but the boxes do contain Lego. (25 years ago, 20-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

(...) I don't think EMPTY boxes. I think anyone with a clear understanding of english who wanted to make it clear he was selling EMPTY boxes would have included the word EMPTY in the description.
