I've never gotten into the Technic sets, myself. Mostly afraid of how much I'd
spend on them, I think (like THAT'S really a sound reason). ;)
I don't think I have a 'huge' collection, but it's certainly more than I could
have hoped for as a child. I've only recently begun to consider the bulk sets
(1200 bricks for $20 some odd dollars can't be ignored!) to build up my
collection more effectively.
I'm hoping to spend a little mad money and get some Cross and Tee plates now
that I can build my own city larger, brick wise. Besides, I have to put my
train to use. The poor bugger's been built and sitting in its box since
Christmas when I got it. Needs more track!
Ah..but that's another story that comes after the Castles I promised my wife
we'd build.. :)

| Welcome Joel! There are several of us around town, some who have HUGE collections! Not me though! I build mainly Technic stuff, and am collecting lots of bricks for a town that one day I will build. Welcome to the group! John Matthews Joel Jacobsen (...)
