Speaking of which, until we have modules, etc for a layout with hidden controllers, does anyone have a spare 9V wire to sacrifice? I downloaded this beast. It took 4 tries - the first one ran out of disk space (I had no idea I was so low), then next 2 attempts got disconnected after about 75% of the way. Strangely, I've found that one of my MOC deisel engines doesn't hold up well in 'extended service'...after a few hours, I was suffering frequent structural failures. At the risk of letting the cat out of the bag, I know of a person who has a s*** load of Metroliners. Any chance he will hook us up? (Hint, hint!) If we end up doing NMRA, it would be nice to have a monster Metroliner on the layout. I'll have at least 15 cars relatively soon (not all with full doors/windows - 3 4558s, 2 grey wagon plates, and 4 4547s), Mike has 12, so that's 27 already. Anyone (...) Well, for the first meeting, we have some things to discuss - major things that are hard to change later on. We need to set up standards for module construction, track locations, spacing, number of lines, etc. These are critical, since it determines (...)
