They only tend to have twin sheets in stock, and that would get REALLY expensive, unless we could talk Brad into sending us a dozen or so sets. I think alot of the inside room and table problems will be solved with a standardization of tables. If they are all the same general length, width and heigth not only can the planning be completely layout based, but set up should be faster. I know (...) X-10 power control. We had a wireless remote control to turn two outlets on or off. These controlled the track controllers for both loops (ckt. 1) and the power to the rotating doggie atop the Spamcake Diner (ckt. 2). Oddly, the RF remote was (...) (24 years ago, 8-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

Well, the show was both stressful and successful. Many positive comments and it looks like we have a good amount of momentum to go on. We even came across a Lego Train Fan who knew nothing of Lugnet or BayLUG, but had been building Lego Train MOCs (...) (24 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.org.us.baylug) !

I think a september meeting is a fine idea, as well as something in between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I am available the weekends of the 9th & 10th and the 23rd and 24th. Another "future" point that Mike & I talked about: a "drive-in" featuring a laptop showing a looping presentation of LUGNET train MOCs. This file could easily be created as a Powerpoint "pack & go" executable - it could even run on my Jornada 820, (...) (24 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.trains.org)
