How many folks are there in the London area that could help organise it, if it
were to become the ELF? The other two countries being looked at are Holland and
Germany (ie - they have people actively pricing up accomedation, halls, nearby
attractions (for those bringing family), etc).
I think it might require >1 person in the organising team though, unless you've
got a very keen individual doing it :) Not so much because of the amount of
work, but the sense of responsibility would be bigger!
