Hey guys, I'm coming to Toronto this weekend from London, and was wondering if there were any places that are good for shopping for lego ... as in for some older sets, or for the best prices. HI: Actually, the get together is just a bunch of us. the only relation to U of T is that i manage a theatre there and it is great to hold the robotic event. but it is not a technic only gathering. I found quite a few Cowboys System sets scattered around the toronto area at the various Bays.. it would be quite easy for someone to get a whole set together pretty quickly. Apparently Alex de Lint, and his 5 meter minifig scale titanic was shown on Torontonian TV today. My girlfriend saw it, and I'll try and get channel information if anyone is interested! G'Day Subject says it all. The have a small play area and several models. A really nice 4' X-Wing, a 3' high R2, and a near live size Vader. In the Scarbourgh Town Center (East on the LRT) there is an amazing "Medieval Castle" on display by a young chap called Alex de Lint (13).
