I had some coffe and read this thread.

I got to thinking about the range of Technic parts and brick.
I figure what falls into a Technic part catagory is so essential to building
stuff that moves or helps form features, that it could never go away.

I mean Technic style parts and brick building will always go hand in hand.
Technic is alive in all the new sets and our creations.
Technic is part of the Lego System. It how you get things done with Lego!
(whooo hooo it felt good to say that!)

I thought the catalog I got was cool. I also know that this is a sample of
what is to come. Same thing each year. This time of year is sort of a End of
Year catalog with a bit of New. Then perhaps more in the Summer.

But lets keep up the heat! We want more Sets!

I'm not trying to make up any one point as much as in I would like to say that
I rather not hear the term "Technic is Dead"

It's Taboo to say  that here! The last and only Technic Refuge!
It can be true that Technic is "word shall not be uttered"
Just that do we have to say that and use it in Post headlines?
Aloud?

You know whats cool too, is threads like these bring out support and real
views on why and how the climate may be. Interesting. Like a dose of "This
is Why"

Um, can I say I help keep Technic Alive!

Just keep saying it guys, Keep Technic Alive!
{mmmm open Catalog and there it is the big Technic Shheeebang!}

ok bye

(...) I really do beleive that what we say here really does make a difference. The discusion of technic being alive and why it should be has been going on hear for maybe over a year. We may have covered groud that lego cheifs may not have realised. (...) (22 years ago, 3-Jan-03, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.technic)

I got my 2003 SAH (US) cat the other day, OK new years eve, and was left rather disappointed. In the past, I've viewed the January catalog as a benchmark for the year followed by the Summer one. But God help us all, this one just plain stinks for (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.technic)
