Hi Willy,
Yes, those 6 stickers match up to the "004159" sticker sheet. I can tell
because the sticker sheet has the colors around the edges where the stickers
used to be (except for the Japanese sticker, which has a white background and
just shows white on the sticker sheet).
It looks to me like the #939 stickers "004158" and "004159" make sense, but the
#940 2nd sticker sheet is a completely different number "003432" from the #940
first sticker sheet "004158". Perhaps the Scandinavian flag sticker sheet was
developed by TLG long before the other sticker sheets were, which may explain
why the #940 2nd sheet number is so different.
But it does look to me like the first sticker sheets for #939 and #940 were
probably both "004158".
I guess that means that the LEGO flag sticker for LDRAW would be either
"003432f" OR "004159f".
