I used to chop them up! I'd keep the front cover and the back cover and
that was it. Then, when I was about 16 or so I found them (they were all
stacked under my bed in one complete box, one of the police boats that
floated, and I tossed them out. I just decided I didn't really need them
anymore. I had the instructions, and (most importantly) the bricks, so I
tossed the rest!
Now, I just stack them within each other and toss them into the dumpster
without a second thought. The apartment is too small for so many boxes!
My only regret is, when I tossed out all those box clippings, I tossed
out all my Mania Magazines and related paraphanelia, and all the
catalouges I'd been collecting since I first got a Lego set! Now I wish
I had all of THAT still! Oh well, no use crying over spilled milk.
