Not only that, but TLG has also stopped the production of decorated elements
with the logo of the theme on them.  I love the slopes, tiles and sometimes
larger elements that had the Classic Space logo and other subtheme logos on
them, especially Mtron and Space Police.  I really wish they'd bring this
back.

They still have decorated elements for some themes, but mostly they're
either too specific or just too messy.  The RoboForce and UFO elements had
horrid color combinations IMHO.  Also, the designs are too busy and
cluttered.  They lack the classiness of a single, simple and striking image.

I think that the holochess table piece from the Millenium Falcon is one of
the finest decorated Space elements TLG has produced in many a moon.  It's
simplicity makes it so versatile.  BTW, why did they stop making "vent"
tiles and slopes (you know, the ones with the five vertical black lines)?
Those pieces are wonderful, and have many uses.
