There is a funny article on the www.theonion.com archives page that reports
that Microsoft trademarked 1s and 0s stating that all of their code used them.
It says that Apple had to start making pedal powered, vinyl disk using Macs
because they couldn't afford the 10 cent per digit royalty fee.
