While beginning to pack up for Brickfest I remembered I had a small model together that I'd forgotten about. Is it too late to plan on bringing it? I had a chance to visit the Sheraton Premiere in Tysons Corner yesterday while returning from a trip to the east coast and can offer this report. Replying to my own post, I emailed Sheraton, and they do have wireless access for a fee in the lobby and other areas, the person didn't verify the price, but seems to remember it is $9.95/day. Does anyone know if there will be Internet access of any type in public areas for BF06? I don't mean in hotel rooms, as I will be staying at my parents near Dulles Airport, but they only have dialup, and I'd like to clear my mail each day at BF if (...) I voted for the ice planet module if only because of the coolness factor of being the only ice planet MOC ever to use the large octagonal dome in trans-fluro-orange (now if only I could find a way to get ME one of those :) (18 years ago, 25-Jul-06, to lugnet.events.brickfest)

The LEGO Group in Billund held a challenge to select a designer to go to BrickFest - Five designers took the challenge, which was simple: Build a moonbase module according to the standards set by the Space Community, and seen at this (...)
