Woah you had me scared for a bit. Looking at your subject and the way you
started off your message, I thought you ordered original light grey brick packs
and received new light grey brick packs (would've been worse if it involved dark
grey!)...
Anyhow, while we're on the topic of S@H nightmares, I once had an order shipped
twice to me. If they only charged me once, that would be a welcome surprise,
but they did charge me twice. Apparently, I had first called during their
"non-regular" shopping hours, and when I called the following day at a normal
time, they said there was no evidence of my first order (even when I told them
when I had called!). I'm annoyed that they didn't tell me to wait for the first
order to show up before eagerly taking my billing information a second time...
I ended up sending the second box back at a loss because of exchange rates
(price of the sets + shipping).
Not pleased.
