Please don't take this in a bad way, but I would suggest renaming the file.
(Since the file contents are in English, I'm assuming that the filename is also
English, although I may be mistaken on that, since obviously the directory name
isn't English.)
Based on what the file contains, I think the word you were looking for is
overview. (Oversight is also spelled different than what you have, but I really
don't think it's the word you wanted.) Despite both being made of two words
with very similar meanings (sight and view can be used interchangeably in many,
but not all, sentences), oversight and overview have very different meanings.
