Re: LDraw.org 2008-01 Parts Library Update now available

(...) First I'd like to say how pleased I am that the bulk of the parts are under the new license. It's been a long process but I think the legal flexibility offered should really help LDraw. I was hoping Chris would let someone else post this (...) (16 years ago, 10-Sep-08, to lugnet.cad)

Re: LDraw.org 2008-01 Parts Library Update now available

(...) Great News these days! Many thanks to Chris in special because the main work remains to him. Just one thing should be mentioned more clearly. There are only a very few parts that needs rewriting. The others are on the PT. The current list of (...) (16 years ago, 10-Sep-08, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Default LPub project settings.

(...) I very intentionally made LPub 4 know nothing more than the preferences you set when you fire it up. This means that everything else is stored in your LDraw files, *not* in some defaults database. The reasoning is that if you try to give your (...) (16 years ago, 9-Sep-08, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Default LPub project settings.

(...) Hi Dean, I recommend you create a submodel with all the defaults you want, and no steps and no parts. See if you can use that submodel as an include file. Kevin (16 years ago, 9-Sep-08, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: BFC Tool?

(...) Hey! I told you we were old-school programmers. Doesn't the whole WORLD count starting from zero now? I'm imagining that it's easy enough to fix. Oddly, I find that it takes me to the right line in the file in notepad2 anyway. It's (...) (16 years ago, 8-Sep-08, to lugnet.cad)

(...) I want to change to LDDP but the following line does not work: "C:\Programme\LDraw Design Pad\LDDesignPad.exe" "%f". But normally it should. With the 8.3 names the following also works on my machine: C:\PROGRA~1\LDRAWD~1...DESI~1.EXE "%f". cu (...) (16 years ago, 7-Sep-08, to lugnet.cad)
