Nagoya is about 125 miles away from Nagano City, which takes about 3+ to travel by train (Ironically, it takes only about 1 hour to travel a similar distance from Tokyo because they installed a new (...) Mark, epic, creepy spider-mecha, but where is the Hammer!? Time to bring the Hammer down on the competition. Excellent job, Peter! Proof that cool things can come in small packages. I'm quite fond of the Demolisher, as it's more mecha-like. Great overall design. Wow, for such small mechs they have great detail, my favorite would have to be the demolisher. The legs seem to go perfectly with the rest of the body and the dual chainsaws are nice! I thought I'd share a couple relatively mini-mechs I've been working on. (URL) The Demolisher is a former heavy lifting/building demolition mech now outfitted for combat. I have none of those nifty, wide Technic treads, so my only option for building anything close to a futuristic MBT was to make a multiped mecha with a (...) (...) Thanks. I have always been partial to the big and beefy mechs, and this mech was definately my beefiest. Ooooh yeah. Love that torso. Shoulders too, they look really good with that beefy chest between them. I'm a little put off by the red on the waist, and it could stand more detailing (figures I'd say that, huh? :) ), but the basic concept is still (...) For those who aren't aware, FBTB is covering the Toy Fair in New York and pictures of new 2004 sets are starting to appear there.
