Heh, I finally made use of the precious few sand green elements I had.

Finally, the long-awaited sand-green Pejic mecha! Boy does it look tasty.
Reminds me of something, hmmmm...
Its a U.S. Army battle robot, wire-controlled. Once you cut the cable,
theyll fire on anything that doesnt show a friendly IFF signal.
Not an exact quote, but you remember, right?

Yep, I forgot to mention the cable connection was inspired by those
sentry labours
seen at the end of Patlabor II.
Thanks for the link, but I really dont like ordering LEGO. If I cant find it
in an official set then thats my loss I figure. :-)

The turret proved too small for a minifig, so I sort of copped out
and made this an autonomous tank. Bah, one day Ill make a turret that can
fit those chubby minifigs. ;-)
|
Yeah, a cupola is about all I can fit on a turret right now, too. Still cool
cool cool.
|
Yeah, the only way I see of solving that is designing the crew compartment from
the start, instead of making the exterior of the turret first. Im think 1x2x3
thin walls placed horizontally would work best.
Thanks for the reply Soren!
