Heh, I finally made use of the precious few sand green elements I had.

I have none of those nifty, wide Technic treads, so my only option for building anything close to a futuristic MBT was to make a multiped mecha with a turret. The turret proved too small for a minifig, so I sort of copped out and made this an “autonomous” tank. Bah, one day I’ll make a turret that can fit those chubby minifigs. ;-)

Also, if anyone is interested, the LDraw files for my MWP and “Lancer” have been up for some time now.

Enjoy.

wow, a scaled down mecha! that’s just my size! i really dig this one. it’s just about the same scale as my spider tank. so, did you run out of brick, or just thought you might try a smaller mech this time. which reminds me--do you cannabalize your giant mechs or keep them assembled? anyways, on to the review: my favorite part of this mech is the turret. it has a nice round shape and (i know it’s already been said) it actually has a round barrel--kind of like mixing the old with the new. i also like the color scheme: you can’t go wrong with sand-green. i didn’t see a driver, so is this one automated? nice use of anti-peronnel cannons both fore and aft. i’m not too fond of the legs, however. they do have a great sturdy shape to them, but lack detail (not that mine had that much detail, either) that i’m used to seeing in your mechs. perhaps that’s just due to the scale. fantastic job, mladen.

p.s. so when is your next bipedal mecha going to come out? i’m shaking with anticipation.
