Interesting. You succeeded in using them in a merry-go-round like I wanted to originally (but failed). Interestingly enough, I gave up because I couldn't come up with a convincing base. The pumpkin graphics used in the contest site were made with Photoshop trickery. No minifig head were painted to make the contest graphics. I think Brian Nelson's entry had a pumpkin he made that was fairly elegant. Two side notes..... One: I built (...) One of the medical staff in my Launch Command scenario has this head with brown shoulder-length hair. It gives her a 'professionally-styled' look, and differentiates her from the legion of smileys. What amazes me the most about your models is the way you incorporate the minifigs in them and still have the models look nicely scaled. With the lumpy nature of the minifigs, I think that's a big achievement. Of course, there are lots of other (...) (25 years ago, 4-Mar-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.boats)

The "riot gun" or RBG as you guys (and gals, we can't be sexist now can we!) call it also has a little opening in the top to let the used up shells exit, this is just a detail I thought would add to the gun.
