Uhmmm....
Will you be posting this "automated method"
so that those of us who have yet to master POV-RAY
could possibly take advantage of your expertise?
I've been trying to use POV-RAY, L2P, and L3P,
and it's been rather difficult for me
(the minifigs I've tried rendering
have all been slightly transparent enough
to see the horizon line through them).
