Max is like my Dad... if there's something he wants and it isn't on the market,
then he'll build it himself. This is one example of Max's latest work. He
call's it the "Locomoto". It started as an old train that he bought from his
neighbor. Then with a little knowledge in the latest technology and hard work,
he was finally finished.

Check out Max's new Motorhome at...

Cheers,
Barbara

BTW: This was really fun to create!!

Barbara: (...) The comments seem like it was more playing than "design". That is definitely a good way to build, even though some people shake their heads when they observe it. Play well, Jacob (whoose minifigs built a 1250 LU bridge - almost (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)

(X-post to lugnet.build) (...) I like the SUV. The small yellow "wing" on the hood gives it a "Land Rover look" and the cloth doors is a nice and creative touch. The wheels may look a bit small, though, but all in all you've done some very nice (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)

(...) That "funky" stuff is rubbing off on to me from Jeremy. I forgot who he got it from, but it really opens my eyes to look at the bricks a whole new way. (sort of frustrating sometimes as well.) (...) This looks a lot more of what I was aiming (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.build)

Love it, Barbara! I really like the private home concept, it combined two things I love but don't often build anymore - houses and trains... I love the little details in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom... Not to mention the beautiful car. The (...) (25 years ago, 17-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)
