The reason I'd like to see a separate eBay group is that I am potentially interested in seeing eBay posts, so I don't want a filter which automatically chucks them, but I want to have them sort of all in one place so I can ignore them, except when (...) I wish eBay would change the format to something like... "Auction will end at this time *or* at X minutes beyond the last bid (whichever is later)", where X could be anything from 5-30 minutes. Most ISPs don't save more than 2-4 weeks back (typically) for most groups, but if someone was reading it for a long time and had cached headers on, they'd have to set some kind of expiry so that they didn't wind up (...)
