Re: GMLTC at the NMRA National Convention

(...) Ya, he is. Cuteness aside, though, it's a straight answer. All those bricks were purchased at retail. TLG did not do anything for this club whatever. Too bad we didn't all live in NZ or at least know what Sanjay was up to. (25 years ago, 5-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

Profanity aside, one can buy LEGO sets in numerous places. Try Target, K-Mart, Wal-mart, Toys-R-Us, to name a few. Also, if one lives in the US, one is able to order via LEGO Shop-at-Home service. HTH, John (...) (25 years ago, 4-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

Is it just me or does www.GMLTC.org send you off to an under constuction page. Is this really the GMLTC's web page with a place holder? SteveB (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.trains.org)

I'd use Ritvik in underpinnings if it was strong enough(1). GMLTC modules are on carriers, but ultimately are held together by the adhesive force of the studs in them. Any minor variations in that mean you have stress fracture fault line potentials. (...) (25 years ago, 6-Aug-99, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

(...) The GMLTC is currently discussing the possibilities of being at the NMRA show next year in San Jose.
