Re: additional sets in the LEGO Studios line

(...) Yes, they appear to be red axle pieces with a clear 2x2 round brick on the end. (...) Yes and no. If you mean the same pieces that the light stands are made of, then no. This part is used in the MovieMaker set as a slide support for the (...) (24 years ago, 11-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

I noticed too. BUT...like I said in my other posting: What about those clear minifig style heads that are used as the overhead flashing lights on the larger ambulance set. Seriously...I think they have their own molds that were designed using (...) (24 years ago, 14-Oct-00, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands, lugnet.general, lugnet.faq)

[Trimmed ng list lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands] (...) Heck, if Dave isn't clear, I will be: I'm a consumer. I will go with the best product. The company does not matter. My personal feelings are with TLC -- I want them to be, and remain, the best. (...) (24 years ago, 1-Nov-00, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Re: Legendary Classic Space Contest Entries

Entry #4 is finally finished. Unlike the rest, #4 does not use a clear visor as a complement for LDraw's New styled helmets. Entry #1 is my favorite, but #3 and #4 are most likely to go the distance. #2 won't be finished by the deadline. James (...) (24 years ago, 1-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

  What's the connection?

In recent months I've acquired a number of old clone sets, and I've noticed some clear similarities that make me wonder about the connections between the various manufacturers. Certain non-standard-brick pieces from Coko and Blok-Tek are identical (...) (24 years ago, 10-Jan-01, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

  I<whatever>LTC summary

Here's a summary as I see it so far - The organizational goals aren't 100% clear yet but are getting clearer. - more of a sharing of experiences and ideas and resources (like the handout to pick a small example, but other stuff too) - less of a (...)   More sticker/decal talk

Hi All, I was wondering how many of you guys use the clear decal sheets and print on them? I know the Alps printer is used a bit in this, mostly due to the fact that it can print white ink. I was thinking about using a thermal wax printer; the (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-01, to lugnet.trains)

Hi Jake, I saw in our computer store at work today a package of clear labels for ink jet printers. These are the "standard size"(?) sticky back, address labels 1 by, maybe, 3 inches on a 8x 11 inches sheet. I am not sure of the brand name but they (...) Richard, I am very sorry about this debate dragging on but I cannot, with clear conscience, allow certain blatantly Zionist remarks to slide.
