Hey Craig, Thanks! I just checked out the link with your photos...great site! You've got quite a nice Falcon there! I didn't honestly think I'd ever see one bigger than mine, but I think yours is.   Re: Going Against the Grain

(...) To add my 2 cents worth, it's not just the color. It's the QUALITY. When I found out that TLG was releasing an At-St, I was pretty happy. Especially when the didn't raise the price $5 more like with some sets (why only in $5 increments?). But (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)

My mom found set #450 for me! FOTD?

To All, Well, several moons ago, I asked my mom, who happens to frequently visit garage sales, to look for LEGO products. Unfortunately, she could never find them until last week, when she gave me a set, #450 box. Unfortunately, most of the parts (...)   LSC - request for defining a WORKING connection database standard

Re: What the heck is going on ?!

(...) If the company wants to create something new, a 9V monorail would be a useful brick based (the old monorail track connected via 1x4 plates) item good in any town, space, or aquazone layout. What good is Galidor to Lego fans? Galidor appeals to (...) (23 years ago, 13-Feb-02, to lugnet.general)

  Re: challenge: LEGO copier

(...) Ugh. Much harder than it sounds: either the robot needs extreme visual acuity to spot the brick boundaries (so it can tell two 1x2 bricks of the same color end-to-end from a single 1x4 brick... or, more importantly, which order a 1x1 and a 1x4 (...)   New McDonalds promo!

One of my friends bought a happy meal today at mcdonalds, and she got a small lego toy. Knowing I like lego, she gave it to me. It's some sort of bizarre jungle creature, and there are 8 different. Mine had 2 round yellow bricks, one 4*2*2 (...) (24 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.promo)

Re: How have the new colors affected your recent buying decisions?

(...) I don't expect my buying habits to change at all. Thanks to the aging process of LEGO which eventually turns all bricks yellow, I have many different shades of grey in my collection.
