How to make our complaints known to eBay

I recently had to email eBay customer service about a probem, and in return got asked to take a customer service web survey which included questions on level of satisfaction with eBay itself, and suggestions for improvements. I suggested (...) (26 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: What makes a minifig?

(...) I was recently informed that his name is "Crankey". Just thought I'd share. In my book, he's no minifig. He's a minifig head with a structure of pieces attached to it. I'd say that he is no more a minifig than the skeleton head/crystal ball in (...) (26 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) "Mobile Robots" is a nice book. I really liked it. Is there anybody who knows more about "Build Your Own Robot!" by Karl Lunt? It's available on-line but I haven't found any reviews for it yet.
