Actually, they have no claim to the monorail track design. If you wanted to
build it, it would not be something they could claim design rights, since it is
a swiss invention of the last century, and the 'stud' design, for the ends to
be compatable is now free market. They could complain if you used the same
lengths, or if you demonstratablely used one of their track pieces to make your
molds directly from, but the basic idea, even the gear tooth spacing, they have
no way to prevent you from using it. There is nothing _new_ about it which
makes it patentable, just old ideas reused.
