I've got the 4589.dat file in my ldraw\parts directory, dated January 9,
1997. This date indicates that 4589 should be in the ldraw.exe
distribution file.
Oh, wait: here's the problem. As of the LCAD 97-17 update, the Cone 1x1
part was moved from 299.dat to 4589.dat. So in the ldraw.exe
distribution, part 299.dat is the cone part.
Somehow, you must have missed installing the lcad9717.exe file, or your
copy is corrupted.
