I recently had to email eBay customer service about a probem, and in
return got asked to take a customer service web survey which included
questions on level of satisfaction with eBay itself, and suggestions for
improvements. I suggested anti-sniping and taking serisouly complaints
about S@H scalpers.
ANyway, if you can think of a good excuse, email eBay customer service
and probably you'll get surveyed too!
(...) I'm sure this has been covered already, but what can be done about S@H scalpers on Ebay's end? I'd like to see S@H limit how many sets can be ordered by a single individual, as I'm getting tired of calling first thing Monday morning to find (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.auction)
