Gee, when you said Studs Not On Top I thought your were refering to a building style;
using bricks in a way that their studs are not on top where they should be. For
example mounting bricks sideways so the studs are hidden or point out instead of up.

| (...) Ya know, I never thought of it (the acronym) that way, but that's a very decent angle (1) as well -- and very closely related to SNOTs as pieces, to boot. Perhaps a better acronym would indicate an aversion to stud-oriented thinking, or an (...) (25 years ago, 26-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)
