Oh, right. Second read I realized what you meant.
Here is a crude 7-wide shell built on a 6x28 train baseplate.
It uses the 1x2 Technic bricks with 2-holes, the Technic Axle with stud at one
end, and Technic Bushings to locate the SNOT 2x2 tiles flush with 7-wide.
