How wuuuude! :-P I was actually taking a break from real world building. In fact, this is my first displayed CAD model in over a year. It would’ve been impossible for me to pull this thing off in 24 hours if I was making it in the brick!

   About height, the model indeed looks a bit “stretched” although I’m not familiar with the original. How does it run anyway, being 3-axle and quite long?

As for how it runs, let’s just say I really can’t tell you about how it’ll work *in practice* but I’m quite sure my theory is solid.

Samarth Appologies for any misunderstanding Tim Emailed me about it :)) That is the best photo of the Ghan I have seen and I have seen them all that one as well a good shot of NR74 and NR75 in trail. There are only 3 locomotives that pull that (...) (19 years ago, 17-Oct-05, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.au, FTX)
