I think it perfectly acceptable if it's a closed auction, which this one
happened to be :)

Although that is a good idea, I still say it was a closed auction which is
fine :)

The only reason I would say no to selling your Lego on eBay, is if it's a
BrickLink price (at or above list price) 'cause you wont get much bids. Many
eBay sellers sell their lego at over 90% off! I've seen about 9 auctions for
6979 MISB that ended $20-$34 USD!!! Look at BrickLink, USED $38 - MISB $100
But it's only a tip...

| From how I understand auctions and their acceptance here (based on recent converstations with Larry P) it would be permissible to post something like this here in lugnet.trains: "I just invented a cool switch, here are the pics, bla, bla, bla... I (...) (22 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.trains)
