Yes, I am (except for the ol' part;-)

That's as good if not better than many AFOL train MOCs.

BTW: How come none of us ever built a chain driven train before, or used a
combo driver wheels flange/sleeper (are those called sleepers, the wheels
with no flange?). Gotta depend on the young'ins to get out of the box!

No kidding.  Sometimes he blows my mind.  His last project was a working Gumball
machine (using LEGO soccer balls), which utilized the Mindstorms brick and touch
sensors.  But alas, another project idea came along for the RCX and it was taken
apart (so I decided to get him a coupla extra RCXs for Christmas:-)

Now, if I could just get him a tenth excited about sorting back bricks...;-)
