Mighty impressed, congratulations are due. I think i may have to steal that
idea for my future narrow gauge tank locos! (built to technic fig scale), at
the moment I have been limited to locos with a four wheeled bogie (truck) at
the front or back. The larger size will give me more room to play with.
By the way, was the derailment problem with having a powered tender caused
by the extra friction of the the technic pars for wheels/axles?

| My 12 year old son presented me with this loco for Christmas (which he secretly built)-- I was, to say the least, quite impressed with it! Here is how he describes it: It is an 8 wide engine with a 5 wide boiler, with the six drivers powered by a 9 (...) (23 years ago, 6-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains)
