It indeed looks pretty nice, though I have a few small problems with it. I guess
I'd be the only one prefering zero studded parts, and I doubt this model having
an elaborate suspension. It seems that it is broad enough though (14 studs
needed for a full suspension as far as I'm concerned (steering, driving, springs
and differential)).

Sounds really interesting, do you have some examples of the techniques you
use to achieve this?

ARG, I hate this type of posting, just when you got your whole message typed
out, you hit the wrong button and it's all gone!!

Well, here goes again:

Yes, I have. Last year, I was sort of pissed about TLC's idea to name the blue
Jeep "4WD", while it isn't 4WD. I decided to give it a try and built the chassis
for a Jeep of the same size, though with everything lego's jeep hadn't got: 4WD,
a gearbox, actually working live axle rear suspension, connected steering wheel,
cool layout (didn't finish that part), etc. Despite my near succeeding, I
decided to end the project due to borement, and went for something bigger.
However, I still use the suspension in my upcomming Mazda RX-8, which will be
more or less in the vein of my Viper, which you'll be able to find in my
brickshelf as well. I need it for the Mazda because the original 2WD suspension
had to be swappable for a 4WD one (more things such as bumpers and whatever will
be swappable, to give it a Need 4 Speed Underground idea), and it couldn't be
broader than 22 studs, because my car models are on scale and the wheels come as
a preset. Anyways, The suspension of my Jeep is 18 studs broad, though can
easily be shrinked to 14 studs. Don't mind the weird possition of the steering
links, it's enitrely safe :-) One of the problems with the suspension is that it
is designed for certain wheels, and other wheels will be quite of an ass to fit
on. I'm sure that with a little brainpower one will find a way to increase the
spectrum of wheels capable to combign with this type of suspension though. Any
suggestions or improvements are most welcome by the way.
