Definitely. I bought the new Ferrari racing car and a couple of the new
truck with crane for my Christmas, and they both look good. I am really
impressed with some of the new construction based sets.

*If* it works... it looks awfully straight in that photo. Usually the
steering is posed to some extent. I hope it does.
I really liked some of the other cranes too, the one with the premade
telescoping sections looks interesting too, I note they use these sections
for the outriggers too. Most excellent.
