I'm sure Lego will just make them black for ease of production, but most of the
helmet treatments are a blueish-grey (bleudigris?) hahahaa!
At least that's what my Don Post helmet shows.
At the LucasFilm travelling show, the expansion joints between the body plates
was definitely a semi-gloss black. At best, they could be construed to be a
dark charcoal grey, but black pretty much sums up the colors for that part.
