A few comments:
1) Thanks for putting these up
2) It looks like they are using the small barrel piece in gray on the engines
(2 per engine)
3) the construction of the laser cannons(?) don't match! the top left matches
the bottom right, and vice versa.  I bet this is an error in the construction
for the model pic.
4) I think the nose will hinge open to reveal a small compartment.

(...) yes, the top left and bottom right have worm gears on them, whereas the top right and bottom left have plain sleeves on them...but this is not a catalog picture, and it could have been a "lets see how it looks" picture, that got used for more (...) (...) Yes, Thanks Richard! (...) Nope, it is hinged so the nose can taper at a shallow angle. Look at the tiles, and notice how they get thinner as they near the tip of the nose?
