I'm currently updating/modifying/developing RcxCC and plan on doing so for a
very long time to come. If you haven't tried my revised version you should
definitely do so.

I'm in the middle of some major revisions that I think will be of benefit to
all Lego brick programmers.
I've tried Visual NQC. It's okay. It doesn't support the Scout (yet). And
it crashes miserably (i.e., it dies entirely) when you give it a path it
doesn't like to NQC. Programs that act in this manner aren't the sort I
continue to use. Of course that is not to say my revised version of RcxCC
is flawless. It definitely has more than its share of bugs. But I fix them
if I find them (or if someone reports them to me).
In my completely unbiased opinion you should seriously consider trying my
revised version of RcxCC. :-)

And while I LOVE RCXcc I must say that go with Visual NQC. The only reason for this is (...) (24 years ago, 3-May-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)
