    Redesigning my site... —Bram Lambrecht
I'm redesigning my site. Here's a preview of the new look. I'd appreciate any feedback/comments. Thanks! (URL) (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.general)

Re: Redesigning my site... —Thomas Main
Bram, Very nice looking site. I especially like the division of themes into space, air, land and water. I wish Lego would adopt a more simplistic scheme for its themes. I entered my dark ages before there really were themes; there was just TOWN and (...) (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Redesigning my site... —Mike Stanley
(...) Ught. I wonder how many people I'm locking out if I continue to design my site with 4.x or better browsers in mind? IE has a beta of 5 out - tried it but don't like betas of IE on my system. Didn't know Communicator/Navigator had released a (...) (26 years ago, 8-Jan-99, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Redesigning my site... —Ben Vaughan
(...) Netscape 5 has only been released through the open source group Mozilla.org. You can get daily builds, but they don't include much besides the rendering engine, and there's no assurance it will run in the first place. I am looking forward to (...)            Re: Redesigning my site... —Mike Stanley
(...) Well, for you (I guess) and most people (I assume), downloading a 4.x browser is a hefty chunk of time. Much easier to do it when you can grab it in a couple of minutes or less at work. I do that and either carry it home on removable media (...) (26 years ago, 8-Jan-99, to lugnet.publish)

(...) Hrmmm.... a quick estimate would be... 70 megs in about 50 minutes or so? Not good with the math. I probably have 150 megs to download tonight, but it's all smaller files and backups. I'll have to time it for you. :) (26 years ago, 9-Jan-99, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Redesigning my site... —Jasper Janssen
(...) Well, me - both 4 versions are way too heavyweight to do any surfing with (I'm in the habit of using about 4 windows at the same time, actively, so I can read while stuff gets downloaded :) Jasper (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Redesigning my site... —Mike Stanley
      (...)
