They, (and me) have only themselves to blame for not upgrading.
I have just been to lazy to do the download.

Well, for you (I guess) and most people (I assume), downloading a 4.x
browser is a hefty chunk of time.  Much easier to do it when you can
grab it in a couple of minutes or less at work.  I do that and either
carry it home on removable media (jaz, zip, or syjet, whichever is
handy) or leave it on vader so I can ftp it through my shiny new
256k isdn/router combo.  :)

Ack! Ack!  (excuse me while I cough up a hairball)
