Space: 1889 was indeed a victorian space-travel game.  It's fairly applicable,

West End Games).

In any case the Space 1889 franchise has been passed to heliograph games

Further there are at least a handful of fansites out there that I found in a
quick search,(yahoo) some good stuff, some just trying to get you to buy the
book).
